Hello! Reef and I are avid beachgoers and hikers. He is wonderful with people of all ages and dog friendly. He is wonderful with tiny children and cats. He is the sweetest dog! I don't prefer dog parks because he doesn't like to play rough. He loves to play fetch with a ball, stick, or frisbee at the beach and will run in the water. Even though he is crate trained, he does not like to stay in it overnight separated from his people. He is 3 years old and past his puppy chewing stage in the house other than toys. We live near a great dog beach in Santa Cruz and have a fenced-in yard. I work a hybrid schedule and walk him every evening possible at sunset. On the rare occasions I cannot go in the evening, we go out mid day. I am was versed in dog behavior and positive reinforsment training.
